TOPRAY Solar (TPS) is one of the largest full-cycle solar power product manufacturers in China.

Founded in 1992 as a manufacturer of thin film solar modules, TopRay Solar is now a vertically integrated company with 10 different subsidiaries producing all components for solar cells, from crystalline ingots and solar cells to ultra-clean PV glass, which is a key component and plays a critical role in ensuring the performance and reliability of the solar panel.

TOPRAY Solar Co., Ltd. is a public company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange with a total capitalization of over $1 billion.

All Topray Solar products are manufactured in accordance (ISO9001 and ISO 14001) with the requirements of Chinese government standards for photovoltaic manufacturers. Each material and component used to manufacture solar panels meets the highest international quality standards. Solar modules are designed to withstand extreme temperatures and harsh weather conditions such as hail, snow, high winds, heavy rains, high levels of ultraviolet radiation and moisture.

Each solar module is tested in its own testing laboratory, which is equipped with the latest equipment, such as a solar simulator, a mechanical load tester and electroluminescence (EL). Infra-red cameras are used to monitor the temperature and humidity of the test lab. This allows you to provide the right conditions for testing.

Also, Topray Solar products undergo constant independent testing in well-known international testing laboratories and are included in the list approved for use by the California Energy Commission and the largest European laboratory (TÜV SÜD Germany).

All supplied solar panels are made of "class A" silicon cells and undergo mandatory bench tests. Each solar panel has a unique serial number and an individual test report valid throughout the world.

Throughout the time, TopRay Solar designs, develops, manufactures and modernizes half of the key facilities used in its production, which allows better quality control and timely implementation of technological updates.
